    Certificate of testimonial to Edgar Weeks, engineer of the "Seawanhaka" for his conduct during the burning of that vessel, signed by John W. Harper, Charles A. Daua, and an illegible signature. On June 28, 1880, a boiler aboard the steamboat "Seawanhaka" exploded while the boat was in the East River in New York City, and resulted in the deaths of over 40 people.
